How we approach it
One contractor running the earthworks, formwork and carpentry means fewer handovers, which is where delays and disputes usually start. If the site cut is out, the person who has to build on it is the one who fixes it.
Concreting and earthworks over certain values can require a licence or registration in NSW and Victoria. We'll explain what applies to your job when we quote.
